The lock unlocks biometrically through FaceVision 3D face recognition, which identifies the user as they approach the door, works in both daylight and darkness, accommodates heights from 3.61 ft to 7.55 ft, and blocks photo and video spoofing. GPTfinger 2.0 adds a curved capacitive fingerprint sensor shaped to the natural curve of a fingertip, delivering more reliable recognition for shallow, worn, dry, or wet prints that flat sensors often miss. The lock is all-weather tested from −22°F to 158°F, designed for real front-door conditions through every season. The DESLOC App provides an energy dashboard that shows battery level and charging status at a glance, making lock power visible rather than invisible and uncertain. With simple DIY installation, no monthly fees, and app control included from day one, the V150 Plus eliminates both battery waste (up to 146 disposable batteries annually) and everyday maintenance.
