Pour-Over Reimagined: Full Experience with JUNE & Aroma Kit

Vacuum Insulation, Stable Temperature | Concave Ribs, Max Extraction | Aroma Flow™, Steady Outflow | Aroma Kit, Enhanced Coffee Flavor

JUNE approaches pour-over brewing from a thermal engineering perspective rather than a materials or aesthetics angle. The defining feature is a vacuum-insulated double-wall construction — the same principle used in high-performance travel mugs and thermal carafes — applied to the dripper body itself. Standard pour-over drippers made from ceramic, glass, metal, or plastic act as heat sinks: the moment hot water contacts the cooler dripper walls and coffee bed, the slurry temperature drops, and it continues falling throughout the three-to-four-minute brew cycle. This temperature curve is invisible to the brewer but fundamentally shapes extraction rate, acidity balance, and body. JUNE’s insulation flattens this curve, holding the brewing temperature near the target set point from the initial bloom pour through the final drawdown. The Aroma Kit accessory addresses a different but related sensory gap: the burst of volatile aromatic compounds released during the bloom phase, which in conventional brewing dissipates into the air before the coffee reaches the cup. The kit captures these volatiles and presents them alongside the brewed coffee, enabling evaluation of both the liquid extraction and the aromatic profile — closer to the full sensory experience that professional coffee cuppers access during evaluation. The system is compatible with standard V60-style filter papers and fits on most carafes and mugs.
