SonicMax Slice 10: Next-Gen Wireless Ultrasonic Cutter

40kHz Ultrasonic Cutting, 2.5X Higher Transducer Efficiency, Adaptive Output Control, Active Cooling, 5000mAh Replaceable Battery

SonicMax Slice 1.0 is a next-generation wireless ultrasonic cutter that was rebuilt from the transducer outward after the first wave of ultrasonic tools arrived with promise but delivered heat, inefficiency, and short runtime. The core upgrade is a high-efficiency transducer with a Q factor above 500— roughly two and a half times higher than typical industry designs around Q 200— meaning a larger proportion of input energy is converted to blade vibration and a smaller proportion is lost as waste heat. Real-time adaptive output control reads resistance changes in the material and adjusts power continuously during the cut, shown instantly on the OLED display, so the blade maintains a smooth pass through foam, leather, EVA, plastic, and 3D-printed parts without melting, binding, or stalling. A replaceable 5,000mAh 21700 lithium cell provides approximately four hours of cordless cutting, and built-in active cooling manages the thermal load during long creative sessions. Lift-to-activate auto sensing turns the cutter on when picked up and off when set down, LED cut-line illumination follows the blade path, and the OLED display shows power level, battery status, and real-time output adjustment. The 40,000 Hz blade frequency is the same principle as the first ultrasonic cutters but the efficiency, thermal management, and adaptive control are a complete ground-up redesign.
