ICHIORI Gauze Blanket is a multi-layer cotton gauze blanket woven in the Gamagori region of Japan, an area with deep roots in cotton textile craft, designed for everyday comfort in every season. Rather than a single flat layer, the blanket is woven from fine cotton threads interlaced across multiple layers to create tiny air pockets within the fabric itself, producing a gentle lift and soft give that rests on the body rather than pressing into it. The open structure lets air move freely, so the blanket breathes with you and stays comfortable across more temperatures instead of trapping heat, and it becomes softer and fluffier with each wash rather than wearing out. It comes in two sizes— a Standard 140 × 200 cm everyday layer and a Long 140 × 250 cm for full-body coverage and taller users, with the extra length able to tuck under a mattress or fold back over cold-sensitive areas— and three calm, muted Japanese tones called Rikyū, Seseragi, and Shijima.
