MOSS Pocket Studio is a portable audio recorder, mixer, and looper that combines direct recording hardware with the Mogabi companion app. Musicians can connect a guitar, microphone, effects unit, or other compatible audio source and record without building a computer-based studio around the session. Recordings are saved as 32-bit WAV files to internal storage, with 32GB supplied as standard and options for transferring files to other storage. A display presents track information, while a control dial and built-in tuner support hands-on recording and practice. The internal effects unit provides processing such as reverb, echo, delay, and distortion, and the app offers a selection of up to 40 effects for shaping a performance. Layering lets users add parts as they record, and the looper can repeat a layer while another part is played over it. The Mogabi app provides access to recordings, editing, effects, and automatic audio-video synchronization for content production. An optional MOSS Pickup extends recording to acoustic instruments without an electrical output. Group-session functions allow several users with their own devices to contribute to a synchronized session.
