Titaner Vesta: One Titanium Pot for Every Way You Cook

Sears, boils, steams, and micro-pressure cooks for everyday meals with easy cleaning and lasting durability.

Titaner Vesta is an everyday cooking pot designed to handle several stages of a meal in the same vessel, from searing and sautéing to boiling, steaming, simmering, and braising. Its construction combines a pure titanium food-contact surface with an aluminum layer for spreading heat and a steel layer for structural support and cooktop compatibility. Together, the three layers measure 2.0mm thick. The exterior uses a 30μm inorganic enamel finish fired at approximately 500°C, creating a smooth surface that is designed to simplify cleaning and resist everyday corrosion. Used with the lid unsecured, Vesta functions as a regular pot. Securing and locking the lid creates a gently pressurized cooking environment intended to support moisture retention and more efficient simmering or braising. The lid should only be opened after the pressure valve has fully returned to its original position. The interior is not a conventional PTFE-coated nonstick surface: appropriate preheating, controlled heat, and enough oil remain part of normal cooking technique. By bringing different cooking methods into a single vessel, Vesta is intended to reduce cookware changes during a recipe and the number of items left to wash. Its material choices and cleanable surfaces focus on repeated daily use in a home kitchen.
