Electric Vise | Multi-Axis Swivel Clamp |Precision Desktop Tool | Smart Workbench | Desk Setup | EDC Tools
NexLock is a motorized multi-axis bench vise that addresses the two primary friction points of traditional manual vises: the physical effort and time required to crank the jaws open and closed for every workpiece change, and the inability to reposition a clamped workpiece without fully releasing it, reorienting it by hand, and re-clamping — a cycle that repeats dozens of times during precision work. The electric jaw mechanism replaces the mechanical screw and handle with a motorized drive that opens and closes the jaws with adjustable clamping force at the press of a button, reducing the repetitive cranking motion that fatigues the hand during sessions involving multiple workpiece changes. The multi-axis articulation head allows the clamped workpiece to be rotated, tilted, and swiveled into the desired orientation while remaining secured — the jaw pressure holds, but the axis locks release for repositioning without fully unclamping. This combination of motorized clamping and multi-axis adjustability targets precision work where the ideal work angle changes frequently: soldering circuit boards from multiple approach angles, filing and sanding jewelry at different facets, assembling small mechanical components that need to be accessed from various orientations, and model-making where the piece must be held steady at compound angles. NexLock positions the electric vise as a time-saving precision tool for the bench rather than a heavy-duty industrial clamping solution.
